Jim has spent 22+ years in marketing, operations, and technology leadership — the kind of career where you learn every tool, every platform, and every workaround because the work demands it. He's led IT operations, built digital marketing engines, launched consulting ventures, and managed complex technology stacks across multiple businesses simultaneously.
When AI started changing the game, Jim didn't hire a consultant or wait for a certification. He dove in. He built his own AI infrastructure from scratch, learned AI coding tools hands-on, created custom automation systems for real businesses, and developed executive-level AI education programs grounded in practical application.
But Jim isn't an AI guy who learned business. He's an operator and a lifelong teacher of technology who recognized that AI is the biggest shift of his career — and that the people who need help the most are getting the least of it. He built Exec AI Labs to fix that.
